Our 7-month barbering course covers all major aspects of the craft, including theory, core skills and a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of barbering. This course is not only aimed at improving your skill as a barber, but it will also provide a solid foundation to better your business acumen too. Gain hands-on experience practicing the fundamentals of the field, as well as relationship building, time management, retailing and successful communication.

You’ll undergo 1000 hours of classwork and hands-on training that provides every student with theory and technical instruction in barbering procedures and client relations.

Cutting

Cutting is a must-have for any barber’s skill set. As part of our Elite barbering course, you’ll learn how to cut hair with skill, style and precision – meeting the needs and desires of your future clientele.

Styling

As part of this course, you’ll also learn the ins and outs of styling hair to suit a range of client audiences. Whether they’re trend-led or traditional looks, you’ll graduate with a sound knowledge to begin your barbershop career.

Straight Razor Work

Straight razoring gives the ultimate finish, but it can be complex to master. With hands-on experience, you’ll learn how to wield a straight razor safely and professionally to get the best results for your clients.

Coloring

Every barber should have a sound understanding of color and how it can transform a person’s appearance. During your barber training, you’ll get a fundamental understanding of coloring hair across the spectrum, from highlights to full color.

Grooming

Want to offer the full package to your clients? As well as the barbershop fundamentals, you’ll also get a handle on grooming best practices. Learn how to shape a beard and trim facial hair, all while meeting precise professional standards.

Once issued/opened, the books and supplies are not returnable due to sanitary considerations. The Registration fee is not refundable.

NOTE: Length of course duration will vary in accordance to the number of hours the student is scheduled to attend on a weekly basis as stated on the enrollment agreement. However a Full-time student scheduled to attend 35 hours per week could expect to graduate within 11 months.
